SPOK’D was created from the minds of former Rapha Condor pro rider Richard Lang, and Olympic medallist and British cycling coach Chris Newton. SPOK’D offers you specific and adaptable training, designed to fit in around real life. It utilizes your personal performance data and takes into account your goals (i.e. the event you’re training for) and availability to train.

SPOK’D ensures you’re doing the right training to align with what you want to achieve. It adjusts based on real data such as planned workload vs completed workload, how your training is feeling, your energy levels and, importantly, your sleep patterns (it is often overlooked that how you rest is as, if not more important than how you train.) As you progress, the training progresses, giving you a smart programme, that brings you to your peak when you need it most.

The search is over! It is now time to announce who has won the Sports Tours International, Holidays Fit for Heroes 2020 Christmas campaign! But, before we do, we want to take the time to thank each and every person who nominated either themselves, or their loved ones into the competition.
